After about 30minutes of discussion, we had many ideas set, all of them with the purpose of solving the same problem. Now, we've decided to get blog partners, to whom you'll be pushing for him to write blogs and giving feedback on how he does it. We want to maintain blogs being done by an intrinsic motivational source, that's why we don't want to add sort of punishments, because then it does become external. When you feel value in blogs, you learn while reflecting, you discover new topics and end writing about those in your entry, not even planning this before.
At the same time, we will start checking as a group a blog each time we meet for an entire day, with the idea of giving him feedback on his blogs. The person will be chosen randomly and he gets to choose if we revise either his last blog entry or his last article for The Break.
As innovators, this is our job. And as we face more problems we develop more problem-solving skills. Hopefully, by this time after a semester we do possess those. The proof will now be on how successful the solutions we apply are. I will blog again on the same topic, in a month, discussing how effective we were.
