Finally, today my learning has changed. It is the beginning of a new era, something that definitely marks a before and after in my school years. Today Innovation Academy began. It all started by looking at the importance of a why in the process of problem solving, and of course, what a better example than "Why Innovation Academy?" One thing that I can highlight from todays experience is that at least one thing from each different activity done today stood out in some way. First of all, how we managed to get straight into learning and we weren't distracted at any point, without noticing we lead the class, and the laptop isn't anymore a tool that enables you to escape from learning, you don't even think on it because you are engaged with your learning. I also want to highlight the virtues of blogging I learned today. Blogging is not just to summarise, but to reflect on things. It shouldn't be planned, you should just write down what you actually think about the things you experience, what was good, and what could improve. That is what I am actually doing at this moment. The idea of writing this concept down just flew through my mind and I wrote it down. Finally, with today's speech by some of Peru This Week staff members, I feel I am ready to start publishing some articles on The Break. Thankfully, I've had the chance to take this academy, which enables me to push the limits because I want to, it doesn't force me to dedicate time to things that are not relevant to our daily lives. After all, our new mission statement was made today, as a group. Remember, take note. EMPOWER. LEAD.
