Design Thinking - Stanford University
The first step is to identifying your audience and what people need. Remember to judge the impact your product will have on your audience and their community. Then, ideate. Take note of every idea you have. Vote for the best ideas, no matter how difficult it is to do them. Remember that profit is not a purpose, a resultant. In our case, we came up with 100 different ideas for different news options at school. Then, we broke down into groups and each one needs to prototype one of the chosen ideas, to see how they work with your audience to be able to choose one of those correctly and continue developing one of those.
What I most want to remark is the vision. Doing things because you like, and find a way to help people. Focus in helping people and make things for your community easier and better. Improve the lifestyle of your intended audience, and this will impact positively your company. Also, dream, and try to choose one idea that has a huge potential along a time lapse, no matter how much work or budget it requires.
Remember "Know thy impact" and "Everybody knows something you don't. The minute you think you know it all, your wisdom vanishes."
Remain open to new ideas, build upon them, and make them better. Work together with people, maintain professional skills and always adapt to what your audience needs to make them happy.
