I'm proud of myself not just because of achieving it, but because of how I did it. I prepared myself during two weeks at the beach during my vacations by myself in order to be fit for these practices. I modified my diet, learning to drink juice extracts, egg white (protein) and yogurt with different sources of energy such as germen de trigo, kiwicha, salvado de trigo and harina 7 semillas, which are natural products which benefit athletes in many ways.
Until now, everything's been successful. Not just me and my performance at Regatas, but my research and the hypothesis I had built on a certain diet and preparation I needed to adapt to in order to be able to complete this week. Since I started, I have noticed many chances in myself, and that's what pays off after so much hard work.
